Brighton Bricks
Brighton Bricks is all about encouraging wellbeing through LEGO Bricks. We run a variety of events for all ages. We do events for kids to explore their creativity, as well as workshops and events aimed at adults, to help with our wellbeing. As adults we need to add more play into our lives, and LEGO bricks are a great way to do this.
Brighton Bricks started as an group for adult fans of LEGO in BRIGHTON & HOVE to meet up, and over the years it has transformed as we realised LEGO Bricks is so much more than a toy, it is a tool which can foster creative conversation, it is a mindfulness tool, it can bring people together, help businesses with their core values, and so much more.
Most importantly we want to people to know there is no age limit for play. Be you a toddler, or in your 70s, then you can play with plastic bricks.
We host various regular events, and are available to host bespoke LEGO workshops.

Mind the Brick
Check out my mental health & wellbeing page for resources, tips and inspirational quotes. We believe play can aid our wellbeing, and we want to reduce the stigma in talking about mental health, hoping by sharing this information we can start conversations about mental health.
Here are some examples of information we like to share.
