Brighton Bricks

Encouraging Learning Through Play

 Mental Health Help

One of the reasons I set up Brighton Bricks is how playing with LEGO bricks helped my mental health, and I wanted to raise awareness of the power of play, and how it can aid our wellbeing.

I also want to help reduce the stigma in talking about mental health, to make it easier for us to have conversations on this difficult subject.

If you think there is any topics I should cover let me know at nick@brightgreenpenguin.com

Below is a list of Mental Health Resources for the UK, America, Australia and New Zealand. If you have details for any other countries please let me know

Mind the Brick 2023

1st January 2023 marks the start of Mind the Brick, my mental health awareness month, showing how playing with LEGO bricks can aid our wellbeing, as well as aiming to reduce the stigma in talking about mental health issues.

We do both LEGO events as well as building challenges online.
